Dark Moon Dialogue

Shadow Work Circles for Soulful Integration

In the quiet hush before renewal, when the Moon wanes to darkness, we gather. Dark Moon Dialogues is a sacred circle designed to honor the deep, liminal wisdom of the waning crescent phase—a time when the veil thins between what is seen and what is sensed, what is conscious and what has been buried.

Each month, under the medicine of the Dark Moon, we descend together into the fertile soil of the psyche to engage in intentional shadow work. Using a blend of oracle and tarot cards, somatic practices, and mini rituals, we explore one of six rotating themes that illuminate the unconscious patterns, emotional residues, and ancestral echoes asking for our attention.

This isn’t about fixing or purging—it’s about facing, feeling, and freeing. Each session includes:

  • A brief grounding ritual to arrive in body and spirit

  • A themed card pull to invite insight from the archetypal realm

  • Guided somatic inquiry to sense and soften what lives in the body

  • Group dialogue to speak what has long gone unspoken

  • Integration prompts to carry the work into the waxing cycle

AstroAlign: A Monthly Zodiac Integration Circle

Where astrology meets self-awareness, and the stars speak in your language.

AstroAlign is a monthly gathering for seekers, feelers, and conscious creators ready to explore the living archetypes within their birth chart. Each month, we journey through the energetic landscape of the zodiac season, its ruling planet, associated house, and elemental essence, using a playful, “madlib-style” teaching method that makes AstroPsychology accessible, embodied, and empowering.

This isn't just about learning astrology, it's about living it. You’ll discover how each zodiac sign already moves within you, shaping your thoughts, patterns, and purpose. Through guided exploration, reflection, and group dialogue, you’ll learn to recognize how the season’s archetype is asking to be integrated both internally (your emotional landscape, mental patterns, bodily cues) and externally (relationships, career, choices).

Rooted in the wisdom of the stars and grounded in clinical insight, AstroAlign invites you to move through life with more clarity, coherence, and cosmic attunement.
