Do you take insurance?

We are currently paneled with Aetna, UHC and TriWest. We are working on getting paneled with Community Mental Health Network and Molina. We do offer a sliding scale fee schedule and flat rate for those who qualify.

How do I access your office?

At this time, our therapists are providing telehealth services, as we’re securing a physical location within the community. Our founder, Vanessa does offer in-person services select days a week at Happy Blue Marble, our partnership site. She also offers Beach Therapy and Walk-n-Talk sessions in downtown Carlsbad.

All clients begin with a free 30 minute consultation to ensure our agency is a good fit. Because we specialize in providing holistic and spiritually-integrated care we want to ensure our approached are appropriate for your journey.
